Skoda has officially confirmed the India launch of the Skoda Octavia RS, a high-performance version of its popular sedan. Expected to arrive in July 2025, the Octavia RS will be imported as a Completely Built Unit (CBU), making it a premium offering in the Indian market.
The Octavia RS has a cult following among enthusiasts, thanks to its sporty design, powerful engine, and dynamic handling. The previous-generation Octavia RS 245 was a quick sell-out, with only 200 units allocated for India. Given its popularity, Skoda is expected to limit allocations for the new model as well.
“The Octavia RS is something that we will definitely bring to India this year,” said Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Skoda India.
